Happy Birthday

I made up two birthday cards tonight.  One for a coworker and one that I'll be mailing to a good friend tomorrow.  For as little time as I spent on them, I like the way they both turned out.

Happy Anniversary

Tomorrow is my parent's 36th wedding anniversary.  This is the card I made for them today.  The sentiment is heat embossed but it's hard to tell in the photo.  Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!  I love you!

Less Is More Challenge Week 52

This week will complete one whole year of challenges offered at Less is More.  This week's challenge is a sketch.  I embossed the bird and grass and sanded it to make it pop a little bit more.  I'm hoping I'll be more of a regular for the next 52 weekly challenges.  I'm glad I discovered Less is More!

This week's theme at Less Is More is a cut out.  I don't think I've ever made a cut out before but after seeing how great some of the cards from this week are, I'm inspired for the future.
